Yes, Roon supports DSD.

In terms of transports, Roon supports:
  1. DSD over PCM (DoP) v1.0
  2. DSD converted to PCM in Roon, sent as PCM to your DAC
  3. DSD-Direct (DSD-Native) using ASIO drivers on Windows 
  4. PCM to DSD Sample Rate Conversion 
In terms of file formats:
  1. DSF files, tags included
  2. DFF files
  3. DSD64, DSD128, DSD256,DSD512 content
