Refund policy

Roon does not offer refunds for any subscription purchases, including subscription renewals. There is, however, a 14-day free trial that allows access to our full product.

If you haven't yet, you can start your free trial here.

If you already have a subscription, you can view and manage it on your account page.

Changing your billing plan is possible at any time. When you switch from yearly to monthly or from monthly to yearly, the change will be effective at the next billing cycle. If you're switching from monthly or yearly to lifetime, the change is immediate.
