Roon's extended metadata opens up a world of opportunity for finding new music. Roon can see how your collection intertwines and connects, then automatically curate your music library to find hidden gems, unseen connections between artists and interesting things to hear.

This section will show you featured collaborations, works, decades, labels, artists and more. To access the Discover screen, simply scroll down on your Home page to the feature and click on it:

Daily Picks is another way to find music from your Home page. Each day, Roon adds three to five picks drawn from your own listening history. Some picks reflect what you’ve played recently. Others reach back to resurface a favorite you may have forgotten. Every pick shows where it came from, such as “Because you played...”, so nothing arrives unexplained.

Select a pick to open its full set of albums. From there you can browse or play any album, or save it to Listen Later. Some days, Roon even surfaces a brand-new release from an artist you already follow.

Unlike Discover, which you can refresh for a new set whenever you like, Daily Picks changes once a day. You can’t return to the previous day’s picks, so please check back daily to see what’s new. Daily Picks is available in both Roon and Roon ARC, and picks are generated per profile.
