Resolving "Metadata Improver: Halted" error messages

Often times a reboot will resolve this type of issue. It might happen because your Core machine got into a bad state and is unable to properly communicate with our servers. Rebooting will typically get the Core machine out of this bad state and allow the connection to be made.
