You can change your Roon subscription's billing plan, or cancel it, at any time from your account page.
Go to your Roon account page and select 'Manage Billing Plan'. From there, choose the plan you'd like: Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime.
A change to Lifetime takes effect immediately. For details on Lifetime pricing, see Can I switch from yearly to lifetime billing?
Changes between Monthly and Yearly billing take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. For more on how billing cycles work, see our Refund Policy.
You can cancel your subscription’s autorenewal, or your trial, at any time from your account page. If you cancel a paid subscription, you’ll keep access to Roon through the end of your current billing period. Canceling a free trial ends your access immediately. For step-by-step instructions, see How to Cancel Your Roon Free Trial or Subscription?
If you change your mind before your subscription ends, you can select 'Re-activate your plan' from your account page to turn renewal back on.
If you canceled your trial early or let it run out, your account page will show a Subscribe option. Select it to choose a Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plan and start your subscription.
If your subscription lapsed because a renewal payment failed, your account page will show a Resubscribe option instead. Select it to choose a plan and restart your subscription. If the payment failed because of an expired card or another issue, please update your payment method on your account page first.
Resubscribing doesn't create a new Roon account or start you over. Your library, including your edits, playlists, and tags, is stored in your Roon database on your Roon Server and is separate from your subscription status. See Roon Database Storage Location for more information.
